Wellness Week

Lusk National Senior School recently celebrated Wellness Week. The focus was on relaxation and the many ways in which we can take the time out to relax and chill our bodies and the minds. This helps us to recharge the batteries and to help put u sin a better mood. While we all may have different ways to relax, the boys and girls took some time to try out yoga. They were so enthusiastic when giving it a go and really seemed to enjoy it. Well done to everyone for taking the time to participate and for trying new things.
