Recently we had a momentous day in the history of Lusk National School, as the first sod was finally turned on the school’s new building project. The ceremony took place on our new site and was attended by excited pupils from 6th Class along with Chief Executive of Fingal County Council Paul Reid, acting County Mayor and local councillor, Ken Farrell, our Parish Priest Fr Eoin McCrystal, Chairperson of the Board of Management, Lorcan O’Toole and members of staff. We would like to thank Ken Farrell in particular for all his help and support in making this day possible.
After years of planning and hard work, building has now commenced on the two new school buildings (Junior and Senior Schools) and on a top class sports hall. We are really looking forward to the opening of the new school this coming year.
